Karen Hermann is co-owner and senior sales manager of Hermann Insurance Services. She is the firm’s goal setter, focused on growth and target attainment.
Karen believes the cornerstone behind any business is strategy. She uses her knack for organization and project management to push Hermann Insurance towards growth. She leads by setting individual goals for each member of the Hermann Insurance family and watching them succeed.
Karen has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in education from Hamline University.
